The Remote tabtour® includes a sophisticated experience concept with fascinating activities and tasks for your employees in the home office or remote teams. Of course, your kick-off topics can be perfectly integrated into the different stories. Thus, besides the exciting and entertaining challenges, your content will be emotionalised and sustainably anchored in the minds of your employees. 

Collaboration and team spirit despite home office

The remote teams play together for the common team success despite spatial separation. The team members communicate with each other via an online platform of their choice and the Remote tabtour®application or web-based.

Different challenges for the participants can be experienced together as a team. After a welcome and briefing by our moderator in the group room, the participants are divided into smaller group rooms. There they have to solve numerous puzzles, team, quiz, photo and video tasks together. Virtually, the team moves through a city or across the country. The virtual environment of the video conference is deliberately integrated into the tasks, creating a tangible sense of togetherness and connection between the team members despite the distance!

The tasks can be set in different ways, depending on the team member.

The tasks can be individually adapted to your topics as you wish. You can have short, fun activities or include task designs that achieve deeper learning outcomes.

The added pressure of being away from each other and connecting with each other can be a challenge.

The added pressure of limited time and resources makes for a very exciting team and learning experience. Along the way, yet intensively, the "we-feeling" is fostered. Our remote teambuilding trainer and professional facilitators will be online for you to guide the activities and conduct a spectacular award ceremony and / or structured debriefing at the end with all participants.
