We are the leading provider of team-building events and team events in German-speaking countries. For over 30 years, we have been developing creative experiences that bring teams together, promote communication, and foster a strong sense of unity. Because: teamgeist promotes team spirit.
Our events can be held nationwide and internationally – whether in Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, Vienna, Zurich, or smaller towns in Austria, Germany, or Zurich. With nine regional offices, we offer short travel distances and local contacts. Here you’ll find a map of our locations for an overview.
We offer everything under one roof – from brainstorming and planning to execution. We have over 120 full-time team event experts who work with enthusiasm and passion. Our focus is on team spirit, enthusiasm, and quality.
Yes! All of our event formats can be conducted in English upon request. This allows us to offer international team-building events for multinational companies and English-speaking teams –throughout Germany and Europe.
2. Team Events & Planning
Our events can be planned flexibly – from teams of 20 people or more to large groups of up to 5.000 participants. Click here for more information about our large-group events.
Prices vary depending on the event format, location, and group size. Many experiences start at as low as 39 € per person (plus VAT). We’d be happy to provide you with a customized quote based on your preferences and budget.

No, we offer our team events throughout Germany, as well as throughout Austria and Switzerland . Our teams will come to you – whether at your company facilities, at a location of your choice, or at one of our partner locations.
Yes. For every outdoor event, we’ll create a bad-weather plan upon request, so your event will be a success even in rain or wind. Alternatively, we offer suitable indoor formats.
3. Organization & Procedure
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll provide personalized advice, develop a customized plan, and support you every step of the way from preparation through execution. Upon request, we can also handle Technical support, catering, accommodations, and logistics.
You will be supported by a regional event consultant – right in your area. This way, you’ll benefit from personalized support and quick communication.
Smaller events can often be organized within two weeks. For larger events, we recommend planning 4-8 weeks in advance.
4. Services
teamgeist offers comprehensive planning and execution of team events, corporate events, summer parties, Christmas parties, and conferences.
This includes:
- Concept development & personalized consultation
- Organization & execution
- Provision of event equipment
- Support from experienced teamgeist guides, including moderation if needed
- Assistance with venue selection, catering, and logistics
5. Laws and Regulations
All events are covered by our liability insurance . In addition, we place great emphasis on safety: Our teamgeist-guides and event leaders are trained, and our equipment is inspected regularly. In special cases, we collaborate with relevant experts, for example, we frequently work with the DLRG for the team-building event “Raft Building".
In general, company events are tax-deductible. In Germany, a stax-free maximum amount of 110 € per person applies to company celebrations. We’d be happy to advise you on this as part of your event planning. You can find more information in our blog post here.

360° by teamgeist is our exclusive event locations on Lake Wolzig near Berlin – an inspiring setting for team-building, workshops, off-sites, conferences, and corporate events surrounded by nature.
With a modern and flexible space concept, spacious outdoor areas right on the lake, a houseboat, and sailboats, 360° offers the ideal conditions for team-building activities that foster connection in nature, as well as creative team experiences – with or without an overnight stay. Technology, catering, and event organization are all provided by a single provider.
