The team allocation is arranged in advance according to your preferences. Either existing project teams start together, or the cards are reshuffled across departments so that colleagues who may rarely work directly together in everyday business can come together. After a brief overview of the stations and their respective challenges, one thing is clear: communication, creativity and trust in different strengths are required here.

Whether it is bridge building, the pipeline challenge or the sensory course – at every station, different skills need to be combined. Strategy meets spontaneity, creative minds meet analytical thinkers, and quiet observers meet hands-on doers. With every puzzle solved and every task successfully completed, the team spirit grows: boundaries are overcome, strengths are rediscovered and solutions are developed together. And of course: there is plenty of laughter, celebration and points to be scored!

After an intense, eventful hour, the active phase comes to an end. While our guides evaluate the points, the teams gather – full of exciting stories about tasks they have mastered together and new insights they have gained.
