team spirit+: Team events that keep the sense of togetherness alive
What is teamgeist+?
teamgeist+ complements engaging team events with targeted opportunities for reflection and the application of these insights to everyday work.
The shared experience remains the foundation.
In addition, we create space to become more aware of team dynamics, contextualize collaboration, and take concrete insights away. This turns a powerful day spent together into more than just a good experience.
Team workshop with experience. Reflection. Impact.
Today, many teams want more than just a nice day away from the office. They want to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, or navigate changes within the team. They want a team workshop —without having to book a traditional training session or a lengthy coaching program. This is exactly where teamgeist+ comes in. This is exactly where teamgeist+ comes in.
We combine team events with short, practical reflection and application exercises — tailored to the team and the situation. And always experience-based.

“With teamgeist+, we combine what makes team events so powerful with a focused look at collaboration in the concrete realities of everyday work. Teams continue to experience shared dynamics, fun, and genuine connections, while also taking away specific insights that help them become more aware of communication, trust, and even their own roles. For me, the added value lies in the fact that insights don’t arise abstractly, but from shared experiences. We guide this event process, reflect on it, and draw important insights along the way. This turns a team experience into an effective starting point for better collaboration.”
Patrick Havenstein, Managing Director of Teamgeist International and Executive Coach

teamgeist+ in practice
During the team event, interactions develop among the participants and dynamics emerge within the teams, which are addressed by our experienced and empathetic teamgeist+ trainers throughout the event through reflective prompts. Tailored to the team, the objectives, and the situation.
During the team event, space is intentionally created for:
- brief reflection prompts
- joint assessment
- relevant guiding questions
- concrete ideas for everyday work
This allows experiences from the event to be perceived more consciously and better integrated into everyday collaboration.
Your added value: teamgeist+ is an upgrade for team events
An experience is an experience – not a rigid training format
When Shared Experiences Have a Lasting Impact on Everyday Work Life
Shared experiences foster closeness, motivation, and often genuine “aha” moments. Teams often find themselves more open, direct, and connected outside of their everyday work routine. And that, in itself, is already a major strength of team events. Many companies also want such experiences to be more consciously incorporated and better applied to everyday work. And they want a clear starting point for identifying specific areas where action is needed and where team potential lies untapped. This is exactly where the teamgeist+ Team Check can help.

Team Check as a Guide and Basis for Discussion
Managers and individual team members alike sense in their day-to-day work that certain topics are particularly relevant and offer potential—for example, communication, collaboration, or role clarity. Often, however, it’s not clear which specific topic requires action, or there’s no common starting point for initiating a concrete discussion about it.
The Team Check helps with this:
- Make team dynamics more visible
- Identify differing perceptions within the team
- Classify potential areas of impact
The results are intentionally intended to serve as a guide and a basis for discussion, not as a rigid evaluation or traditional diagnostic assessment.
Typical Topics and Areas of Impact
Every team faces different challenges. That’s why we listen carefully during our consultation with you or use the results of the Team Check to select the appropriate formats, methods, and reflection approaches based on the initial situation, goals, and desired impact. Sometimes a brief joint reflection session is enough. Other times, an in-depth workshop makes sense.
Always with the goal of designing a shared experience in such a way that it gives rise to concrete ideas, discussions, and inspiration for everyday work.
Possible Areas of Impact
- Strengthen collaboration
- Improve communication
- Foster trust
- Clarify roles and responsibilities
- Create clarity of goals
- Support change within the team
- Reflect more consciously on team dynamics
- Better translate shared experiences into everyday work
