Before you start, we divide your large group into several smaller teams that then compete against one another. The tabtour is a digital scavenger hunt through downtown Hamburg, during which your colleagues are equipped with a tablet-PC (iPad or Samsung Galaxy tablet) and a GPS device. The individual teams “hunt” for team games, riddles and tasks that hide behind our tabspots throughout the entire city, as they try to collect as many points as possible within a given span of time. The teams can strategise and select their own routes freely. Sightseeing is guaranteed as the team games will lead you right by the Hamburg’s most famous highlights such as the Michel or the town hall. Once your team reaches a marked spot on the map, the special Tabtour app triggers an exciting riddle or tricky team task. Through a unique feature of the app, every team can monitor the route and amount of points of the other teams in real time.
