The Teamgeist-Spotrace® combines team sailing and a digital scavenger hunt (tabtour.com®), making this an innovative strategy event. After a short briefing of boat and technology, the crews are divided into play team and sail team. The play team is going to make the strategical decisions and navigate with clear instructions. The paddle team is going to concentrate on steering the boat and keeping it afloat. Communication, strategy and team spirit will lead you to the finish line and guarantee the success of the various crews. A specially developed software contains all tasks and games, allocates the points and connects all teams in realtime. After you return to the home port, the event is topped off with a collective presentation of the results and an emotional showdown. Hint: The tasks and games can be individually customized (for example: company related questions and topics).
