The virtual TeamParcours takes place within the framework of an online kick-off event moderated by us. All participants receive an event email from us in advance with an invitation link for an online platform (and, if applicable, a list with working materials). During the TeamParcours itself, we form a team of a maximum of 8-10 people per moderation room, which is supervised by its own guide. 

Then it gets interactive: our guides present the teams with different challenges that require intensive cooperation, creativity and communication. For example, the teams find their way through a labyrinth together, separate relevant from unimportant information in "TeamCONSCIOUSNESS", build an impulse reaction, open a "mysteryBOX" together, try to set up the very highest "teamTOWER", become professionals in "teamACTIVITY" or paint a cross-screen picture together. This is pure teambuilding, without physical presence! We are happy to offer a detailed reflection afterwards. And of course we can tailor each module to company-specific content. This way, your desired messages and goals can be worked out by your employees in a playful way. This leads to a sustainable success of your Kick Off event.

TeamACTIVITY

Everyone does what they do best! Representing, explaining or drawing.

The teams hunt for points together. The focus is on the opportunity to express themselves with fun, under running time clock, and to convey tricky terms to the colleagues in the team. Attentive listening, observing, as well as strongly with guessing, lead here definitely to success. Goal: Each participant has the opportunity to decide for themselves where their strengths lie and how they would like to contribute. A lively atmosphere and lots of laughter create a really great emotional framework.

TeamMIND

Everyone is important, because everyone has to bring in the right thing at the right time!

Our game leader takes all participants into a fantasy world and opens with the words: "In the legendary city of Phantasia, a massive rectangular obelisk was built in honour of the goddess Tina, called Zin. But on which day of the week was the Zin obelisk completed?" To find the solution, our game leader distributes information cards equally to all team members. And here we go - the clock is ticking! To find the solution, it is essential to exchange information in the group, because the cards may only be read out, but not shown to the others in the group. It is important to separate the relevant from the unimportant. The winner is the one who answers the question the fastest!

TeamHOCUSPOCUS

What is the easiest way to enchant myself!

3-2-1 Camera off! What do you mean? YES! But the much more important question is: What has changed in or around the other colleagues? From this point on, guesses are made, a close look is taken and, above all, the ATTENTION of each team member is properly trained. For every correctly guessed change in the picture of the colleagues, there are of course important points to be scored.

TEAM TOWER BUILDING

Every tower in the world, no matter how high, has been built at least twice; once in the architect's mind and once in reality.

Now your remote employees, divided into teams of 8-10 people, are challenged. Within 20 minutes, they must not only build the largest possible tower, but also convince the jury of the statics, quality and creativity. Basic condition: all team members must have fulfilled a role recognisable to the outsider.  The teams that are successful here are those that use their group-internal resources effectively and efficiently and act with purposeful communication and a steady hand. The jury is made up of one team member from each of the different teams and the teamgeist trainer.

mysteryBOX

Make important decisions as a team and decode a mysterious BOX as quickly as possible!

Each team has access to one or more digital boxes (via a URL) in their respective chat room with the aim of decrypting and opening them with the help of additional "evidence". In doing so, the evidence must be related to the information on the boxes. Our guides will assist the teams with questions and guide you as you save the world from disaster.

TeamIMPULSE

Pass on your impulse digitally!

In the run-up to the event, we discuss with you which materials (including office and household items) your employees in the home office or coworking space can use to create their part of the joint chain reaction. Via video conference and with technical support, we then help everyone at the event to merge their individual reactions into a virtual impulse chain. The coordination of the interfaces between the individual reactions or team members in chat rooms set up by us is teamwork PUR. The grand finale is the overall reaction, which we cut together for you in a flash and present in the video conference.

TeamART

Art connects your team across home offices and national borders.

After a short briefing, each of your participants will draw their own part of the overall artwork under the professional guidance of our trainer. The aim is to jointly create a unique work of art from many individual images with the crowning glory of a merge online. Your participants will get various drawing utensils for this, which we will tell everyone in advance. Here we usually limit ourselves to pens, pencils, highlighters and the like - utensils that can be found on a desk or in the home office anyway. We then draw on white paper or cardboard, and you can look forward to seeing what great things come out of it.
