With our Cultural-Carousel we offer you the opportunity to learn about captivating traditions from a wide range of cultures, to develop intercultural skills in a playful way and to strengthen the sense of unity in your team.
The Cultural-Carousel is a great way to experience a special Christmas celebration. How is Diwali celebrated and what is the Christmas cucumber all about? Let yourself be enchanted by winter customs from all over the world in interactive stations.

Your cultural carousel experience: A look at the schedule of the programme
1. At the start of the event, you and your colleagues will be warmly welcomed by our teamgeist guide and given an overview of the planned programme. You will then be divided into teams, ready for the exciting journey through different cultures.
2. In the concept and preparation phase, each team receives materials and information on specific countries and their specific winter customs. Now the participants are invited to come up with a creative name and a suitable slogan.
3. Discovery phase: After the content has been viewed together, it gets interactive! The teams actively immerse themselves in the cultural activities of their assigned country.
4. The newly gained knowledge is used to create a captivating presentation for the other teams.
5. Now it's time for your winter custom! Each team is given two minutes to showcase their country in a creative way. Be it through song, dance, theatre or even rap - let your imagination run wild and inspire the other teams with your performance. This can be done live and direct or recorded on video beforehand.
6. Learn and be amazed: After the presentations, it's on to the stations. Here you have the opportunity to interactively discover the winter customs of the other teams and try them out for yourself.
7. Reflect together and review the event: In the event finale, all teams come together to reflect on what they have experienced and share the special moments of the day. At the end, the teamgeist crew will bid you a fond farewell and leave you with many new memories.
8. Celebrate an intercultural party in a venue organised by us or at a location of your choice - we guarantee you a warm environment in which you and your team will feel completely at ease and look forward to accompanying you on this exciting journey around the world!
