Großgruppen-Event - Use Case: So lief es bei unserem Kunden

Teilnehmer: 264 PAX – eingeteilt in 24 Teams á 11TN pro Team

Gewünschte Leistung: Teamnetz (Dauer: 2h)

Veranstaltungsort:  Chamäleon Beach Flörsheim Wicker, Am Wickerbach 3, 65439 Flörsheim am Main

Ziel der Veranstaltung: Spaß haben. Netzwerken. Priorisierung und Visualisierung von Unternehmenswerten.  

Motto: Maximizing Value Together    

Sprache:  englisch

Zeitrahmen: 16 bis 18 Uhr

  • Bau von 24 baugleichen Einzelnetzen & Präsentation von einzelnen Netzen
  • Visualisierung der Unternehmenswerte auf Wasserbällen mit anschließender Präsentation
  • Zwei CEOs haben am Ende die Tragfähigkeit des Gesamtnetzes durch hinein legen getestet und damit den ultimativen Vertrauensbeweis gegenüber ihren Mitarbeitern erbracht
  • Zum großen Final wurden die Wasserbälle auf das Teamnetz geworfen und mittels Laolawellen nach oben katapultiert. Damit wurden die Unternehmenswerte energetisch aufgeladen und von allen mitgetragen.

Metaphern:

  • Hanfseile (Längsseile) stehen für „Hardware“ in einem Unternehmen wie z.B. Bereitstellung von Produktionshallen, Arbeitsmaterialien, Infrastruktur…
  • Farbige Kurztampen stehen für die „Software“ in einem Unternehmen (Skills, Menschen, unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten…)

Eingeteilt in 24 Teams, galt es zunächst einen Teamnamen und verschieden Rollen im Team zu finden. Anschließend haben sie sich mit den Materialien vertraut gemacht und wurden bei einer Knotenkunde in die zwei unterschiedliche Sicherungsknoten eingewiesen.

Danach ging es an den Bau der Einzelnetze. Ziel war, 24 baugleiche Einzelnetze zu erschaffen. Dabei waren vor allen Dingen die sichereren Knoten extrem wichtig.

Zusätzlich galt es die für sich wichtigsten Unternehmenswerte zu identifizieren und auf den Wasserbällen zu visualisieren.

In zwei Folgeschritten verschmolzen die 24 Einzelnetzen in vier Blöcke und am Ende zu einem Gesamtnetz.

Im Anschluss wurden einzelne Teams, Ihre Teamnetze und Ihre Unternehmenswerte präsentiert.

Danach fanden sich zwei CEOs, die sich zum ultimativen Vertrauensbeweis in die Konstruktion des Gesamtnetzes legten.

Zum großen Finale wurden die Wasserbälle mit den Unternehmenswerten auf das Gesamtnetz geworfen und mittels LAOLA-Wellen nach oben katapultiert. Damit wurden die Unternehmenswerte energetisch aufgeladen und von allen mitgetragen.

  • Für den Kunden war das Netzwerken, das Schaffen von tragenden und funktionierenden Verbindungen besonders wichtig. Zusätzlich sollten die Teilnehmer*innen ihr wichtigsten Unternehmenswerte definieren und verschriftlichen.
  • Mit der Verbindung der Einzelnetze zu einem Gesamtnetz haben wir ein großes und tragendes Netzwerk erschaffen, über welches alle Mitarbeiter*innen miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Alle Teilnehmer*innen waren hoch engagiert, emotional und mit viel Leidenschaft dabei.
