Für die Umsetzung wurden besondere Orte ausgewählt und die bestmöglichst das Thema transportiert und unterstützt haben. Um die Orte aufzufinden, wurden i-Pads als digitales unterstützendes Medium eingebunden. Damit konnten die Teams sicher und schnell zu den anvisierten Orten navigieren. Außerdem wurden über das i-Pad viele wissenswerte Informationen spielerisch und nachhaltig vermittelt. In Bewegung fand ein reger Austausch statt. Bewegter Mensch führt zu bewegten Geist.

Bewusst wurden allgemeine Berlin Themen und außergewöhnliche Sehenswürdigkeiten eingebaut, um den Geist anzuregen loszulassen und immer wieder auf neue Ideen zu kommen.

Die abschließende Reflektion fand im Kaufhaus Dussmann statt. Umgeben von einem der drei horizontalen Gärten Berlin, als Spiegel von innovativen Ideen, wurde der Prozess des Ideenworkshops noch mal nachhaltig in den Köpfen der Teilnehmern verankert und die Praxiswirksamkeit im Arbeitsalltag verdeutlicht.

Besonders gut kam bei den Teilnehmern an, das sder Workshop in Bewegung stattfand, immer wieder neue Perspektiven eingenommen und damit verbundene Beispiele aufgezeigt wurden.

Hochmotiviert wurde der Ideenprozess angenommen. Die Teams freuten sich besonders auf die Umsetzungsmöglichkeit im beruflichen Alltag.
