Planning, designing and building your own percussion instrument and, as highlight, make your own sound! During the teamgeist Cajón building event, various skills and talents of your team are stimulated and required. Ever since humans have come together to enjoy each other’s company, talk and plan, rhythm instruments have been involved! Whether thousands of years ago in cages, or nowadays in clubs on the Reeperbahn or in the beautiful new Elbphilharmonie – the key to successful interactions and teamwork is the correct rhythm within a team! Finding the mutual rhythm turns into an even more team building experience, when the instruments are products of your own skills and creativity.
This event is ideally suited for young teams or experienced groups to find their rhythm and to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and each other’s company. When up to 100 Cajóns start sounding together, the atmosphere boosts motivation and provides your team with an unforgettable moment. Supplying and transporting of the building kits, briefing your teams about the construction and creative design of the instruments as well as rehearsing complex rhythms – teamgeist implements your Cajón event on the highest level – open air during the summer!
