Our teamgeist guides warmly welcome your participants and create an open, motivating, and Bavarian atmosphere right from the start. After a brief introduction to the program, the most important rules, and any safety instructions, the focus shifts to stepping outside your comfort zone in a playful way—because true collaboration begins where new challenges await.

Teams are assigned based on prior consultation and your preferences. Either existing project teams work together, or the teams are reshuffled across departments to bring together colleagues who may rarely collaborate directly in their day-to-day work. After a brief overview of the stations and their respective challenges, one thing becomes clear: this requires communication, creativity, and trust in each other’s diverse strengths.

Whether it’s bridge-building, a pipeline challenge, or a sensory obstacle course – at every station, participants must combine different skills. Strategy meets spontaneity, creative minds meet analytical thinkers, and quiet observers meet energetic doers. With every puzzle solved and every task successfully completed, the team spirit grows: barriers are overcome, strengths are rediscovered, and solutions are developed together. And of course: there’s laughter, celebration, and scoring points!

After an intense, eventful hour, the active phase comes to an end. While our guides tally the scores, the teams gather – full of exciting stories about the challenges they’ve overcome together and the new insights they’ve gained.

The closing ceremony focuses not only on points and prizes, but also on the new connections that have been formed, the strengthened team dynamics, and the shared sense of accomplishment.
