Big is beautiful!

A team event for large groups during which everyone gets one’s money worth is often quite hard to find. That is why we have developed a concept which challenges and encourages each and every team member, which strengthens the motivation and team spirit alike and which just bring a lot of fun! In a picturesque setting Raft Building for Large Groups will take place in and around Munich. At the Lake Starnberg for example the teams have to construct individual rafts of wooden boards, ropes and round timbers after having received an introduction to the right technique. After they have successfully managed this first task by communicating with each other and working together, all individual and self-constructed rafts will be assembled to one large raft! The teams can witness in real time how much every one of them has contributed to this extraordinary team success. Afterwards you will start your spectacular raft ride which, on request, can be filmed from a helicopter or by a drone. And this might be a little motivation on top: in 2014, we have managed to send 466 persons on a 495 sqm raft on an unforgettable raft ride – world record and an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records! Maybe you will even manage to break this record with your top team!
